A trio of Taylor athletes from the men's indoor track and field team are headed to the NAIA Indoor National Championships in Geneva, Ohio later this week.

Freshman Matt Hall won the 5000-meter run and hit the NAIA B-standard qualifying mark in the process to highlight another solid day for the Taylor men's indoor track and field team in the final meet of the regular season for the Trojans.

Jared Reed finished seventh and met the national championship B-Standard qualification in the 800 meter with a time of 1:57.04 to highlight a solid day for the Taylor men's indoor track and field team at Purdue.

The Taylor men's indoor track and field team had two members meet the NAIA National Championship qualification in Saturday's meet at Indiana Wesleyan.

Jared Reed has been named the Crossroads League Men's Indoor Track Athlete of the week for his efforts in Saturday's Taylor Invitational.

The Taylor indoor men's track and field team enjoyed success in its first meet of the season, collecting two individual race victories and a relay win in the Taylor Invitational.
